Alenia North America has established joint venture companies with other leading aerospace and defense firms such as L-3 Communications Integrated Systems and Vought Aircraft Industries.  Through joint ventures, Alenia North America is able to bring together complementary technology and skill sets to offer unique and advanced solutions to the aerospace community.

Subsidiaries:

Alenia North America-Canada is the company which represents Alenia North America in Canada.  Based in Ottawa, Ontario, the company focuses on managing industrial relationships and business development in the Canadian market.
